Cross department Sentiment tracking is an initiative I brought up in a FinTech SaaS company with the idea of measuring the pulse of our customer at key milestones in their customer journey. Be in with a team (Sales, Implementations) or with the product itself.
Currently piloting a series of automated surveys with 2 teams as Proof of concept.
